At English Champs, we have different programs. All the programs are designed to help participants become fluent in English or build soft skills, provided they actively engage with the materials and tasks provided.
Refund Criteria:
We are confident in the effectiveness of our program. If participants complete all assigned tasks and assignments within the specified time frames and yet find that they have not achieved the expected language improvement, we offer a full refund. This refund will be provided under the condition that participants have diligently followed the program's requirements and demonstrated their commitment.
Refund Process:
In the rare event that a participant meets the refund criteria, the refund process will be initiated immediately. The refund will be processed online through the same payment method used for enrollment.
Cancellation and Changes:
